Clearance of deplomatic goods

EXPORT：

1． The diplomat of the embassy should take the "DECLARATION FORM" to No.29, 30 windows of Customs Hall in Jianguomen for Customs declaration and get back the last page of the "DECLARATION FORM", after Customs Officers approve.
2． The diplomat of the embassy must take the last page of the "DECLARATION FORM" to one of the agents appointed by the Customs. The agent could do the Customs Clearance.
3． The entrusted agent take the "DECLARATION FORM" and the Embassy entrusting letter to Customs Warehouse for declaration after finishing articles' packing, booking and loading.
4． The procedures for the release of the articles are completed by the Customs at the Customs Center.

IMPORT：

1． The diplomat takes the "DECLARATION FORM" and original bill of lading ( or contract) to No.29, 30 windows of Customs Hall in Jianguomen for Customs declaration and get back the last page of the "DECLARATION FORM", after Customs Officers approve.
2． The entrusted agent take the "DECLARATION FORM" and the Embassy entrusting letter to Customs Center for clearance.
3． The procedures for the release of the articles are completed by the Customs at the Customs Center.
