Packing Standard

The packing materials Sinotrans Beijing Packing & Transportation Company to use for each time are all in new and good condition that can ensure safety during transport. The resources of various packing materials based on the provision from certain technical factory. The different cartons, bubble, corrugated fiberboard, tissue paper, etc. All of them padded through the inspection of Beijing Commodity Inspection and Testing Bureau.

All items of furniture will be properly crated and wrapped in tissue paper for the first coats, then the bubble pad for second, the fiberboard would keep the original shape of furniture for third coats.

Such items as new furniture, hard wood furniture, antique furniture and furniture fragile need special protection that will be double-checked mutually.

All mirrors and framed pictures, marble tops and other articles with surfaces liable to damage by chafing and scratching will be wrapped with tissue paper and covers. No bubble pad use for the first coat to oil painting, for the occurrence of vapor may lead insect corrupts.

All rugs and carpets will be mothproofed, and crated or wrapped properly without folding.

Clothing items will be packed with two methods use lined with tissue paper on top and bottom and will be carefully packed to prevent excessive wrinkling of folding. The flat wardrobe and hanging wardrobe will be used under the decision of client.

Glassware, crockery, lamps, clocks, and other fragile items will be packed using a dish pack and will not be packed using shredded paper. After packing of fragile items has been completed and space is left in a dish pack, such may be used for packing some items with lightweight. When packing a dish pack, the heavy items will be put in the bottom with an anti-shock mat less than 8cm. All the boxes packed must be labeled with a mark, such as fragile, lift direction and handle with care, etc..

Freezers or refrigerators will be dry inside and all removable shelving and interior pats padded an secured inside to prevent damage or breakage.

Electrical Equipment will be complete wrapped in paper in original box, when the client determines that packing in a carton is not necessary, the item will be wrapped and padded for protection.

For the item easily crushed, the packer will wrap or pack individually, first in tissue paper and then with a stronger covering and place into cartons to prevent shifting.

Drop clothes or canvas to protect the surface while work is in progress will cover floors of residence.
